Casa Xochiquetzal is located in a small, friendly community called Rancho de las Hamacas.
The house is a five-minute walk down to the beach, along a very beautiful path. Keep in mind that our home is fairly high on a hill; there are 52 steps on the staircase to the beach.

The house has two apartments, one on the first level and one on the second level, and can accommodate eight guests. The first-level apartment has two king-sized bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and air conditioning, as well as a living/dining area, and fully stocked
kitchen with coffee maker, blender, etc. The second-level apartment has two king-sized bedrooms with a shared bathroom, a living/dining area, and a large kitchen with an island.

These units can be rented individually. Guests share the garden, communal deck area on the lower level, and the entrance lounge. This communal space is set up with lounge chairs, a dining table, sink, meditation/massage room and full-size bathroom. To ensure privacy we have set up a blackboard system to reserve the other amenities in advance – including the roof deck, jacuzzi and barbecue in the garden. The entire house is also available to rent, for large families, groups of friends, retreats, events, or workshops.
If you have more than eight people in your group, the Rancho de las Hamacas community offers Airbnb rentals within walking distance, and the nearby town has a few hotels.

The house has free Wi-Fi internet access available for guests and free parking spots for two cars.

We do NOT allow pets! We offer daily housekeeping, and can arrange transportation, activities and adventures, and personal chefs to prepare local authentic cuisine for you, with accommodations for special diets.
